Shipping and Delivery Policy

We understand how exciting it can be waiting for your new order to turn up! We’ve done everything we can to ensure your order arrives quickly and on a reliable carrier network. Jacksons 4×4 are not liable for any delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or packages that are lost during transit. We employ third-party carriers to transport orders and so we have no control over orders in transit.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Depending on our current backlog of orders it is usually around two business days for us to package your order and get it ready to be shipped to you. Please take note of our temporary operating hours during public holidays and our Christmas shutdown period. If you have selected a shipping option that includes tracking this will be supplied to you once your order has been collected by the courier and we have received this information from the courier.
Estimated delivery dates are a guide only and are not guaranteed. If you require an item by a certain date we highly recommend that you contact our sales team before placing your order to avoid disappointment.
Can I have packages delivered to my house?
We highly recommend having your order shipped to a business address. By doing this delivery times can be significantly shorter and there will be someone available to collect/sign for your order.
In most cases we are able to send items to a residential address. If a parcel is addressed to a residential address and no one is home to collect your parcel it may be taken to a post office for collection or you may be subject to redelivery fees. Additionally, parcels may be stolen or damaged when delivered to residential addresses. We are not liable for any lost packages, damaged packages or additional delivery fees that result from delivering to a residential address.
Will multiple items be sent together?
If you have ordered multiple product/s we will always aim to send them together however in some scenarios we may send product/s separately. Items may also be packed inside one another to save on shipping costs and delivery times.
Can you ship my items internationally?
Shipping is only available to addresses within Australia. We do not currently ship any orders internationally.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge additional fees for customers in areas with above average delivery costs after an order has been placed. We will contact you to confirm details of these costs before processing your order and offer a refund if this is not satisfactory.
