Here at Jacksons 4×4 we are constantly expanding and evolving our team of expert staff to keep up with demand and business growth. Our business is made up of multiple departments with plenty of different roles throughout each department. We put a high value on internal company processes to ensure everything runs smoothly with the end goal being happy customers and great job satisfaction for all team members!
Our sales team take care of our customer relations by being there from the very first enquiry right through to final hand over of completed jobs. Along with the sales side of the role, our sales team also handle the ordering of parts, job bookings, build management and plenty more. We aim to provide the best customer service we can and that can only happen with awesome sales staff.
The workshop is where it all comes to life, our workshop team perform everything from basic accessory installation all the way through to full vehicle builds. We invest heavily in our equipment, specialist tools and staff training to ensure we are always up to date in the industry. We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and strive for continual improvement with the work we perform.
We have a massive range of parts and accessories in our warehouse, the warehouse team handle the continual flow of goods in and out by making sure all the right parts are in the right place at the right time. This includes unloading freight trucks and checking off deliveries, moving stock in and out of the warehouse, picking parts for the workshop or customers and keeping the showroom stocked.
It’s up to our dedicated media team to show the world what we are capable of and put our work on display. The media team handle all of our creative design and content creation involving photography, filming and editing. Most of our advertising projects are taken care of by the media team and they also handle our social media accounts, website development, merchandise and more!
There is plenty that goes on behind the scenes and we have our wonderful admin department to thank for handling most of it. Duties includes processing payments and handling accounts, taking care of paperwork, managing our computer & phone systems, keeping all of our office consumables stocked up, human resources and lots of other tasks that often go unnoticed to the public eye.
Our management team is the glue that holds it all together, each department relies on one another for the business to run like a well-oiled machine and its up to our management team to ensure that happens. Our managing director Guy works with the entire management team to solve problems, implement new processes and improve overall business performance to please our customers.
